STRAY OBSERVATION
Taxmanian Devils v Threat Level Midnight was another strong contended for sneaky interesting matchup. Both teams have aspirations to move up the ladder and play finals after long droughts. Midnight are off to a flying start in that endeavour, with two wins and sitting second on the ladder.
The Devils are in familiar territory, having lost the two opening games – losing to the Defenestrators in round 1 in heart-breaking fashion. Can the Devils snare a win and keep within reaching distance of their competitor, or will TLM establish a 3 game gap that may prove very difficult to overcome…

Te Puke Pukekos were eliminated in Round 1. That’s unfortunate for the next team, as they scored lowest again this week.
Alas, it is the Taxmanian Devils who are eliminated off the back of a round two score of 1568. The Chiefs narrowly escape again, thanks to their 1592.
